DEEP HOLE DRILLING / TREPANNING
Our deep-hole drilling department houses the newest state-of-the-art Unisig machineson the planet. We drill holes of various sizes in all different types of material. Read more.
Our gun drills have a range of 0.062“ to 1“ in diameter and drill to a depth of 67″. We have off-centre drilling capabilities, with simultaneous three-axis control and counter-rotating. Read more.

LIVE TOOLING / MILL-TURN CENTRES
At Apollo, we house CNC turning centres that also have the ability to mill. This allows us to cut cycle times by as much as 50% and deliver higher quality with less handling of the workpiece, greatly reducing costs and lead time. Read more.
SHOT PEEN / GLASS BEAD
Our shot peening department consists of four in-line booths and a central in-line rail system that allows for non-stop application. Read more.
ZINC/MANGANESE PHOSPHATE COATING
Our chemical plating tanks are the largest in the city. We offer zinc and manganese phosphate coatings. Read more.
Apollo machine houses a VAM®-certified copper plating cell. Using the immersion plating technique, we have the capability to copper-plate your components, or sections of components, from the smallest part to components up to 14′ long and 16″ in diameter. Read more.

ID LASER CLADDING
With multiple systems for inner-diameter cladding and laser heat treatment, Apollo has the capacity to fill the demand for high-quality inner-diameter overlays and hardening through ID laser heat treatment. Read more.
LASER HEAT TREATMENT
Available for both OD and ID applications, laser heat treatment can be used to harden the surface of heat-treatable steels. Read more.
