Our premium threading facilities span over 45,000 square feet, accommodating projects of all sizes. Key capabilities include:
Full-Length Tubular Threading: Capacity up to 10 ¾” casing
Coupling and Accessories Manufacturing: Up to 13 5/8”
Swaging Equipment: For tubing, casing, and pup joints up to 10 ¾”

Surface Treatments: Zinc and manganese phosphating, immersion copper plating for couplings and accessories
Abrasive Blasting: For API and premium connections

Quality Assurance
All threads are machined and 100% inspected to meet full specifications. We stock thread protectors in-house and rent gages long-term for quick turnarounds. In addition to phosphate coating and blasting, Apollo Machine offers Western Canada’s only immersion copper plating system, providing an anti-galling surface treatment for high chrome steels, stainless steels, and nickel-based superalloys.
